Mr Computer Ltd ("we", "us") operates mrcomputer.tv and provides onsite and remote computer repair services in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Contact info you give us on the booking or inquiry forms — name, email, phone, address (onsite only), and the description of your issue.
• Payment metadata via Stripe (we never see or store card numbers).
• AI chat transcripts (MR-DIAG / MR-SALES) to improve responses and follow up.
• Basic server logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To respond to your booking or inquiry.
• To send booking confirmations, payment receipts, and one-time login codes for "My Bookings".
• To improve our service and diagnose issues.

Who we share it with

Only the vendors that make the site work: Stripe (payments), Websavers (email delivery via SMTP), Google (place reviews), and our LLM provider (chat completion). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA and Ontario law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email info@mrcomputer.ca.

Cookies

We use a small httpOnly session cookie for logged-in customer / admin views. No third-party tracking cookies.
